キャッシュフロー計算書（Statement of Cash Flows）は財務三表の一つであり、損益計算書や貸借対照表から読み取ることができない現金及び現金同等物の一会計期間の増減の変化を示しています。
三つの活動区分（営業活動によるキャッシュ・フロー、投資活動によるキャッシュ・フロー、財務活動によるキャッシュ・フロー）に分かれ税引前当期純利益から始まり現金及び現金同等物の残高がボトムラインとなります。
